Parking at Quarrymen's is very limited. We ask that you leave the few available spaces for those who need easy access, and park at either the Gem Rock Museum or Adamson Square, both of which are only a couple of minutes walk from Quarrymen's.

Wellbeing at Quarrymen's
Join local holistic health coach and yoga therapist, Lorna, for 6 weeks of yoga at Quarrymen's starting Tuesday, April 9th at 5pm.
This is a 6 week course focusing on how the physical aspect of yoga can be therapeutic in the body, heart and mind. Whether you are looking to feel stronger in your body and mind or are looking to improve flexibility and hormonal health then this series of classes is for you.
Lorna caters to all levels and abilities so please come along, even if you have never tried yoga before and are curious to see how yoga can support you in your health and wellbeing journey.
This is a great opportunity to meet (and have your health questions answered) with a teacher who has vast knowledge and expertise in all aspects of health and wellbeing (including nutrition and diet).
This 6 week course will focus on the physical aspect of yoga (exercise and movement). However meditation and breath work will be integrated as well. Each class stands on its own, just in case you can not make all 6 classes. The classes are 5 - 6pm on Tuesdays with an opportunity to ask questions after. The investment for the 6 weeks is only £50.
